What we do

The licence run is a maze. We walk it for you.

Getting a driver's licence in Nigeria means bouncing between offices, chasing a capture date, and losing a whole working day to a queue that barely moves. Otrac takes that off your plate. We handle the FRSC steps, book your biometric capture, and follow the file until the card is ready.

Plenty of people get talked into a shortcut licence that is not properly in the FRSC system, and it lets them down at a checkpoint or when they try to renew. We do it the correct way, every fee paid to FRSC at the published rate, so what you hold up at a stop is a real licence that verifies.

Three things you get by handing this to Otrac.

Done through FRSC

Your licence goes on the FRSC database the way it should, so it holds up at a checkpoint and renews cleanly when the time comes.

No all-day queue

We book your capture slot ahead, so you walk in for one appointment instead of camping at the office from morning.

Fees at cost

The government fees go to FRSC at the official rate. You see them on their own line, no quiet markup buried in the total.

How it works

From a WhatsApp message to a licence in your hand.

Send us your details

Message us on WhatsApp with your name, a passport photo, a valid ID and the class you need. New licence or renewal, we tell you what applies to your case.

We book and process

We set up your FRSC application, pay the official fees at cost, and book your biometric capture slot. You get a date instead of a guessing game.

You attend the capture

Show up once for fingerprints and photo. We walk you in for the appointment we booked, so there is no waiting all day for a number to be called.

You collect the licence

You get the temporary licence to drive on while FRSC produces the card, then the permanent licence once it is ready. We keep you updated the whole way.

What's included

Everything in a licence job.

One flat fee for the legwork, and the FRSC fees passed straight through at the official rate.

New or renewal

A first Nigerian licence or an expired one brought back to life, both handled on the same FRSC route.

Capture booking

We book your biometric appointment ahead and tell you exactly what to bring on the day.

FRSC processing

The application, the fees and the follow-up all done through FRSC, the proper way, from our side.

The right class

We confirm the correct class for what you drive, whether that is a private car or a commercial vehicle.

Fees at cost

FRSC fees paid at the published rate and shown on their own line, so you know what went where.

Updates the whole way

One number on WhatsApp, and a clear status at each step so you are never left wondering.

FAQ

Driver's licence, answered.

Do you handle both a fresh licence and a renewal?
Both. Whether this is your first Nigerian licence or an old one that has run out, we take it through the same FRSC route and keep you posted at each step.
Do you mark up the government fees?
No. The FRSC fees are paid to FRSC at the published rate, and you see them separately. Our fee is a flat charge for handling the running around.
What do I need to give you to start?
Your details, a passport photo and a valid ID on WhatsApp. For a fresh licence you also need your Learner's Permit, and we tell you exactly what to bring for the biometric capture.
Do I still have to show up for the capture?
Yes. FRSC takes your fingerprints and photo in person, so you attend one booked appointment. We schedule the slot and walk you in, so there is no waiting all day for a queue that never moves.
Which classes of licence can you sort?
The everyday private car class most owners carry, plus commercial and other classes. Tell us what you drive on WhatsApp and we confirm the right class before we start.
How long does it take?
It turns on the FRSC schedule and how fast the capture slot comes up. We give you a realistic timeline once we see your case, and you get the temporary licence while the permanent card is produced.

Tell us new or renewal. We will quote it and start this week.

Send your details on WhatsApp and we take it through FRSC from there.
