Tyre protection · Nigeria

A nail should cost you a shrug, not your evening.

Otrac fits a sealant that plugs small punctures the second they happen. The nail goes in, the sealant fills the hole, and you carry on driving instead of jacking up the car on the side of a lonely road.

  • Fewer flats
  • Safer on lonely roads
  • Seals as you roll
  • Sized to your wheel
  • Fleet-ready

What it is

A puncture used to end the trip. Now it barely interrupts it.

Tyre protection is a sealant we fit inside each tyre. It sits as a liquid layer against the tread, and the moment something sharp pushes through, the sealant is drawn into the hole and hardens around the object. The air stays where it belongs and you keep your speed.

Anyone who drives the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway or the roads out to the villages knows the fear. A flat at night, no streetlight, no one around, and you outside the car fumbling with a jack. This is the thing that keeps you inside the car and moving, past the danger and home.

Three things set a proper Otrac fitting apart from a can of sealant off the shelf.

Seals while you roll

The plug forms as the wheel turns, so a nail rarely becomes a stop. You often only find out you were hit when we spot the object at your next service.

Sized to your wheel

A sedan and a truck need very different doses. Our fitters measure the sealant to each rim, so the tyre stays balanced and the cover holds across all four.

Two years, no renewal

One fitting protects for roughly two years with no fee to renew and nothing to top up in between. When it runs low we refresh it during a normal visit.

How it works

From one WhatsApp message to tyres that look after themselves.

Tell us the vehicle

Send the make, model, rim size and your city on WhatsApp. We quote the set of four straight back, with no call-centre runaround.

We come to you

A fitter meets you at home, the office or your yard. There is no need to leave the car at a workshop for the day.

Sealant goes in, balance checked

Each tyre gets the right dose, the wheels are checked for balance, and you drive off the same visit.

You drive and forget it

Small punctures seal on their own for the next two years. We remind you when it is time for a refresh.

What's included

Everything in a tyre protection fitting.

One visit, four tyres, and cover that starts working from the drive home.

Sealant in all four tyres

A full set covered, not a single wheel. Every tyre carries the same protection.

Dose sized to your rim

Measured to your wheel and vehicle, so the tyre spins true and the cover holds.

Cover for the lonely road

Fewer roadside stops at night and in places where you would rather not stand around.

Two-year life, one price

One-time fitting with no renewal. Nothing to plug in and no monthly fee.

Fitted at your place

Come-to-you service. The car stays wherever it already sits and the fitter comes to it.

Built for fleets too

Every downed vehicle is a job that stops. We fit whole fleets and keep them moving.

Why bother

A spare and a prayer vs sealed tyres.

Just a spare in the boot
Otrac tyre protection
A nail means you stop, jack up the car, and change the wheel where you stand.
A nail seals over as you roll and you keep driving.
You end up outside the car at night, in a spot you did not choose.
You stay inside the car and drive on to somewhere safe.
The spare might be soft, and there is only one of them.
All four tyres carry the cover, working every time.
A slow leak drains overnight and you find it dead in the morning.
A slow leak is plugged before it becomes a flat.
For a fleet, every flat is a vehicle sitting idle and a delivery gone late.
Fewer downed vehicles, so the fleet keeps its schedule.

A spare is for the rare bad day. Sealed tyres stop most bad days from starting.

The bigger picture

Protecting the tyres is one part of protecting the whole car.

Most owners who seal their tyres are already thinking about the rest of the vehicle. Otrac looks after the whole life of the car, from the tracker that finds it to the fleet screen that watches all of them.

FAQ

Tyre protection, answered.

Does the sealant stop every kind of puncture?
It handles the everyday ones. A nail, a screw, a shard of glass in the tread seals over as the wheel turns, so the air stays in and you keep moving. A wide gash or a full blowout still needs a proper tyre change, and we tell you that plainly.
Is the protection fitted to all four tyres?
Yes. We price it for a full set of four and size the sealant to your rim and vehicle, so every wheel carries the same cover. Larger rims cost a little more because they hold more sealant.
How long does one fitting last?
Around two years of protection from a single fitting. There is no renewal fee and nothing to plug in. When the sealant nears the end of its life, we top it up during a normal service visit.
Will it damage my rims or throw the balance off?
No. The sealant sits inside the tyre and spreads evenly as you drive. Our fitters measure the dose to the wheel, so the balance stays true and the rim is untouched.
Do I still need a spare?
Keep the spare for the rare bad day. What changes is how often you reach for it. Small punctures that used to leave you jacking up the car on a dark road now seal themselves and you drive on.
